Shipping

Domestic: I ship USPS Priority with Tracking (+ insurance on purchases totaling over $50). Please allow between 2-4 days from the time of shipping for your purchase to arrive. If you would like your order sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to work it out.

Please allow anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the fabrication and shipping of your piece.  Currently, all items available in the shop are in stock unless marked MTO. If you would like your order rushed, please email upon ordering and I can do my best to get it out earlier.

International:  I do not offer international sales at this time.

Pickup: Please plan to coordinate with me on when you'd like to be at the shop to pick up your piece. Save the shipping costs!


Refunds / Exchanges

Sweet Farm Jewelry cannot offer returns on custom work at this time. If your item is defective or damaged in any way (sorry, broken stones don't count), I stand by my work and will happily repair or (possibly) resize with a $25 resize fee. Buyer will have to pay for shipping to return item to be fixed. *Please package appropriately!* 

If piece was in stock, I can gladly exchange for another piece in stock of equal value. Please message me if you are not happy with your order. We can work it out.


Repairs

I stand by my work and offer repairs to the basic structure of the piece if its damaged, free of charge. I will pay shipping if item needs to be sent back for repair. I cannot offer repairs on stones. 
I also offer repairs on old native turquoise jewelry upon examination. Please send any photos to leah@sweetfarmjewelry.com. I would love to bring your old jewelry back to life!
